We collect less because families deserve care.
This policy describes the Little Flock Learning website and email funnel for customers in the United States. Effective July 30, 2026.
What we collect
When a parent or caregiver requests the Table-Time Starter, we collect the email address they submit, the request status, timestamps, and a one-way token hash used for confirmation and unsubscribe. We also use a privacy-preserving daily hash of the requesting IP address to limit abuse; we do not store that address itself. Support messages contain whatever information the sender chooses to include.
Why we use it
We use the address to confirm the request, deliver the requested Starter and Love offer, honor unsubscribe choices, prevent repeated or automated capture, and answer support. We do not sell or rent personal information, build advertising profiles, or use subscriber content to train AI models.
Consent and choices
The email flow uses double opt-in: the requested material is sent only after the address owner follows the confirmation link. Every requested email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing support@littleflocklearning.com.
Retention and protection
Unconfirmed requests are removed after 30 days. Daily abuse-prevention records are removed after 14 days. Confirmed addresses and unsubscribe records are kept only while needed to deliver the requested emails, document the subscriber’s choice, meet ordinary business obligations, and prevent accidental re-enrollment. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.
Children
Little Flock Learning is designed for adults choosing and leading family resources. We do not create child accounts or ask children to submit names, email addresses, photos, voice recordings, location, or private messages. A parent may choose an age range while preparing material, but the email funnel collects only the adult’s address.
Service providers and purchases
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores subscriber state, and delivers funnel email. Etsy handles purchases made through Etsy under Etsy’s own privacy terms. We may disclose information when reasonably required by law or to protect users, the service, or others.
